Theme installation

At first you need to have a fresh working WordPress version installed !
For information in regard to installing the WordPress platform, please see the WordPress Codex  : http://codex.wordpress.org/Installing_WordPress

1. Installing the theme

When you are ready to install theme, you must first upload the theme files and then activate the theme itself. To upload the theme, use one of the following methods:

Through the admin interface : Navigate to Appearance > Themes, select the “Install Themes” tab at the top of the page and then select the “Upload” link, right above the search field. Choose file “bb-theme.zip” and select “Install Now”

You can also use your FTP client, upload the non-zipped theme folder (or unzip after upload) into the “/wp-content/themes/” folder on your server.

Once the theme is uploaded, you need to activate it. Go to Appearance > Themes and activate your chosen theme.

2. Required plugin installation

To use all functionalities of BB Theme you have to install and activate plugins.
Go to Appearance > Install Plugins section, then install and activate all plugins of the list.

4. One-click theme setup

You can setup your website using the demo content. It will help you to buil your homepage and to understand all functionalities. Go to  Appearance > Import Demo Data

5. Google API Key

Google API key is now required to use Google Maps on your website. To be able to show your location you have to enter your own api key. Go to “Appearance > Google API KEY” section and follow instruction to find and enter your key.

Customize

Navigate to Appearance > Themes, then click on “Customize” button.

BB Theme allow you to easily customize your :

• Logo
• Social networks
• Colors (make sur that bb-theme/assets/css folder is writable)
• Footer (Widget section)
